Invite-a-friend Terms and Conditions
- GETBATS will reward you a RM3 Bonus through your GETBATS account for each “Qualified Friend” during the period beginning 12:00AM GMT+8 November 09, 2022 and ending 11:59PM GMT+8 April 30, 2023 (“Offer Period”).
- A "Qualified Friend” is defined as:
(i) signs up to GETBATS via your unique invitation link/referral ID
(ii) completed his/her first time purchase with minimum purchase amount of RM20.00 (per item) through GETBATS.
(iii) has his/her Rebates (from the minimum spend above) turned confirmed - Rebate is calculated excluding all taxes, shipping charges, discounts, promo code applied, gift card purchase, e-wallet top ups, credits utilized, service charges, points redemption etc
- Referrals' first purchase must be a legitimate order non-stackable with other New User promotions.
- Purchase of 50% e-Voucher from Shop.getbats is not considered as qualifying spend.
- Any cancellations, refunds or exchanges will not be counted to the qualifying spend.
- Rebate is captured on an item-by-item basis (not total bill of the transaction), please note that if the price of the item/product bought is too low, the rebate might not be captured.
- As a condition of entering this Campaign, the participants grant GETBATS an irrevocable right and permission to use all submissions and shares in all forms and media indefinitely for any purpose and without remuneration or compensation.
- GETBATS has the right to verify the validity of any entry and reserves the right to disqualify any participant for tampering with the entry process, submitting an entry not in accordance with these terms and conditions or if the participant is engaged in unlawful conduct that jeopardizes the fair and proper conduct of the Campaign.
